The Alva Leopard is one of Alva’s most distinct and timeless designs.
The Leopard is one of Alva’s most rare and desirable boards, as only 100 examples were made in 1979. It is pressed in the original mold from 79′, giving the board an authentic O.G. look and feel. This board is 10 inches wide, and has a 16.5″ wheelbase, perfect for carving and pumping on banks and transitions. The Leopard Print Graphics are looking classy thanks to the black/white background and green classic Alva logo. This board is a certified classic and would look great frontside slashing some pool coping, or bert sliding a bank.
Born in 1957 in Santa Monica, California, Tony was an original member of the Z-Boys skate/surf team when it was formed in the mid 1970’s. Tony is considered by many to be one of the most important skaters of all time. Tony’s intense surf style approach to skating ignited a flame that became the blazing fire that is modern skateboarding. Tony was one of the original backyard barge and charge pool skaters, and was the first person to ever be recorded doing a frontside air.
