The Thrasher Magazine X Antihero Skateboards collaboration brings together two major names in skateboarding. This Bible and the Beast themed partnership blends Thrasher’s foundational influence with Antihero’s rebellious feel. John Cardiel’s Thrasher board is 8.62″ x 32.3″ with a 14.6″ wheelbase and is made from 7-ply Canadian maple.
Antihero, started in the mid-’90s by Julien Stranger, operates under Deluxe Distribution in San Francisco. Its pro team includes John Cardiel, Frank Gerwer, and Tony Trujillo.
Thrasher, founded in 1981 by Eric Swenson and Fausto Vitello, began as a skateboarding magazine and now includes TV, video production, blogging, and merchandise.
This collaboration celebrates skateboarding by combining Thrasher’s legacy with Antihero’s edgy style. Possibly the collab of the century!Â
