Ready to have some extra bling to your setup is the Independent X Primtive Countersunk Hardware!

This Independent Hardware features a length of 1″ and includes 8 gold-toned bolts and 2 black bolts with matching gold lock nuts. This allows riders to have the option to mix and match the colour sequence to help identify your board direction or for ascetic purposes. In addition, the 1″ length will accommodate shock pads or small risers with ease.

The countersunk type of bolts sit flush with the surface of a longboard deck once drilled in. As a result, countersunk bolts are typically seen on longboard setups that require the rider to move his or her feet over the bolts often, allowing for free movement over a flush platform!

The trucks are manufactured in the city of San Francisco, US, by Ermico Enterprises, Inc., the only dedicated skateboard truck foundry in the US. *May 23rd 1978 was the day that changed skateboard trucks forever. That was the day the world received the gift of Independent trucks. They have made trucks non-stop since day one. Available in a wide variety of sizes and heights and even featuring the 6 hole pattern (pre 1992 compatible) base-plates on some of their larger models. After leaving Plan B Paul Rodriguez produced 500 decks and they caught fire! Thus Primitive was born! The original team began with heavy hitters such as Nick Tucker, Carlos Ribeiro and Paul himself.

The concept for Primitive was born in 2012 and took flight in 2014. Being a household name in skaters lives world wide is definitely a great feat, let alone doing it in a matter of a handful of years. Bastien Salabanzi joined up with Primitive in early 2015, one of Paul's idols. Who knows what heavy hitters will grace their name on a Primitive deck.
