This 3-inch CalStreets Head Honcho tribute sticker is a personal one.
I created it as a tribute to Harry Greenberg, Northwest Skateboards, and one of my first major jobs in the skateboard industry. This is not an original vintage Head Honcho sticker.
It is a new CalStreets tribute piece, made with a lot of respect for a wild little slice of Canadian skate history.
Head Honcho had that early skateboarding attitude that you just can’t fake. The ads were loud, the boards were tough, and the whole thing had that “mean, fast, and slightly out of control” feeling that made skateboarding so much fun back then.
Full grip, wheel wells, rock-hard maple, bold graphics — no soft edges, no corporate polish.
For me, this sticker ties right back to the start. After KADE’s (Cranbrook Bike Shop), Northwest Skateboards was one of those early jobs that helped pull me deeper into the skateboard world.
Long before CalStreets became a vault of old-school skate culture, I was right there watching this stuff happen, learning the business, meeting the skaters and owners, and getting hooked for life.
So this sticker is not just a logo. It is a little thank-you to the people, the boards, the ads, and the attitude that helped shape the road to CalStreets.
