Sims Team Canada dominated the 1980 Canadian Skateboard Championship, claiming victory in all three divisions.
Rich Lien secured 1st place in Vertical, Richard Storey took the top spot in Downhill, and Rick Tetz captured 1st place in Freestyle. Notably, Tetz dethroned reigning Freestyle champion Kevin Harris of Powell, marking a standout performance for the Sims team.
It was a historic sweep, cementing Sims Team Canada’s legacy in Canadian skateboarding.
