CLASSIC ZEALOUS will make your friends green with envy when you’re racing them down the mountain! The machined precision 8mm axle holes fit snug on the axle reducing slop. The Classic Zealous bearings have green rubber inner and outer seals to keep dirt, debris, and thane out of the bearings.
The bearings are pre-lubricated with Archoil Nanoceramic Grease which is a long-lasting grease that will break in after a session or two. The grease that Zealous uses helps eliminate friction over time and reduces corrosion on the inside of the bearings.
The unique feature of our lubricant is how the nanoceramic compound fills in deformations or asperities in the bearing. These deformations cause friction and heat around them which hardens the nano-ceramic compound to that specific area. This micro coating is 5 times the hardness of the host alloy and has a molecular bond with the host metal, filling in all the asperities and eliminating friction over time.
The coefficient of friction is the lowest in the field of Tribology at 0.003% creating a near frictionless surface. Mainly because the nanoceramic compound eliminates all asperities. Extremely low water washout.
Corrosion on the inside of the bearing is nearly eliminated.

Zealous Team Riders Riley Irvine, Trevor Ovenden and Ty Gregg mob down Maryhill during the Ryan Vanderveen Memorial Freeride. Everyone on Zealous Bearings and Trevor and Ty on Zealous Gen 3 trucks. Followed closely by Zealous owner Bryce Brady. Huge thanks to the Maryhill Ratz, especially Deano for letting us skate and film the run. Also huge thanks to the Vanderveen family.
