Blade Park is more than just ramps and rails. It’s a legacy built in memory of my cat, Blade, who inspired the creation of Canada’s first indoor fingerboard park over a decade ago. After her passing, I knew I had to build something lasting – a space that captured her spirit and gave fingerboarders a true home to shred. The result? Blade Park – a tribute that has grown into a living, breathing community hub for fingerboarding enthusiasts from all over.
Every obstacle in Blade Park holds a piece of that story. Every session keeps Blade’s memory alive. From the moment we opened, fingerboarders have gathered to push limits, share tricks, and pay homage to the little cat who sparked it all. Her shrine remains at the park, a symbol of how one life can inspire many. As long as there are fingerboarders rolling, Blade’s spirit continues to ride with them.
