Orders and Shipping
Orders usually ship out within 48 hours unless we notify you otherwise. Shipping is free on orders over $99 (before tax) to provincial Canada. Some products do not qualify for free shipping.

CalStreets BoarderLabs works hard to provide accurate pricing information but errors can occur. BoarderLabs reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to modify the prices of products at any time without prior notice.
If we need to correct any pricing after you have submitted an order we will contact you first, then we will cancel your order, refund your payment and ask you to place the order again for the product(s) now correctly priced.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Most products we sell come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Manufacturers handle any warranty claims directly. They will usually require that you provide pictures of the defective product and information to support your claim. They may also want proof of purchase, so please keep your receipts. If we can help you with locating a manufacturer or with other questions, contact us.
Refunds are issued when your returned items are received and inspected. Refunds normally take 3-5 business days until the issuing bank releases the funds. We will refund any orders or items we cannot fill. No Refunds on ANY Electric Skates, Batteries or electric accessories.Ā
Returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. Products must be in new condition as they were when you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Grip taped skateboard decks and custom assembled completes are not returnable. Electric skateboards are not returnable except to their manufacturer as allowed under their warranty.
Cancelled or returned items that are not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items that are not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Before returning any item, you must email or phone us to obtain a Return Authorization (R/A)number. The R/A number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box that you ship.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. All refunds for non-defective items exclude the original shipping and handling charges.
