The Penny 27″ Coral Sea Complete is your go-to cruiser when you want more comfort, more flow, and way more style. This is the stretched-out version of Penny’s boldest color combo — deep ocean blue deck, coral red trucks, and icy blue wheels that look like they were dipped straight out of a sunset surf session.
Built on the larger “Nickel” shape, the 27″ Coral Sea gives you that extra deck space to stretch out, carve deeper, and bomb longer lines without giving up the tight, snappy ride Penny’s known for. It’s still super lightweight and portable, but with the added bonus of more stability and smoother flow for all-day cruising.
Molded from Penny’s legendary plastic formula, this board brings that perfect balance of flex and durability. It’s strong enough to take daily abuse but light enough to carry everywhere. The waffle-top grip is molded right in, so you stay locked without needing grip tape — clean, simple, and skate-ready in any weather.
Underneath, the setup is dialed and color-matched to perfection. 4” powder-coated trucks in coral red handle sharp turns and buttery carves. 59mm 83A soft wheels in light blue roll smooth over cracks, bumps, and crusty pavement, while the ABEC-7 bearings keep the speed flowing with minimal push.
The Penny CoralSea 27” keeps it simple and seriously fun. Penny Skateboards travelled to the beaches of Bondi to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Bowl-A-Rama. The Penny crew was out in full force, with a pop-up shop and mini skatepark, where people were able to test out Penny boards, learn to skate, and see who could get the highest line on the Penny wall ride. We had a great time with everyone who came to the event, and we’re stoked to be part of such a great event put on by Bowl-A-Rama. Ben Mackay didn’t set out to make a toy. He built a board that laughs in the face of cracks, chews up pavement, and keeps rolling long after you should’ve bailed.
