We are always pleased to see boards built by craftsmen within their own manufacturing facility. The team behind moonshine have been building wakeboards, wake skates and kiteboards for years and have poured all their experience and technology into this passion project. The Hooch is Moonshines free ride/downhill deck and it is armed with some interesting technology. You will find urethane sidewalls for impact and dampening along with a vertically laminated core, and milled out channels for weight reduction.

Every board is hand crafted in North Bonneville, Washington by our factory The Distillery. From concept to final product each board is craft-fully designed and built with cutting edge skateboarding technology. It is The Distillery’s goal to design, develop, build and ship the most high tech skateboards available.
VERTICALLY LAMINATED WOOD CORE
Our locally farmed Albus wood cores are vertically laminated on every board we produce. The VERT LAM core offers lighter weights, incredible durability and controlled flex patterns.
WATERPROOF DECKS
Full composite construction, urethane rails and urethane truck mounts create a waterproof, sealed deck with added vibration dampening. You can ride year around in any weather condition with confidence – without fear of delamination or cracking due to water penetrating the wood core.
URETHANE RAILS & TRUCK MOUNTS
A full urethane rail and truck mount offer industry leading durability. These curb breaking rails will keep your deck on the street seasons longer than most decks. Additionally the truck mounts offer vibration dampening and durability to the truck mount.
PRECISION MACHINED TRUCK MOUNT
Moonshine truck mounts are 100% level. Urethane truck mounts are precision machined for trusted accuracy. This translates to confidence and performance at high-speeds.
COMPRESSION MOLDED CNC MACHINED WHEEL WELLS
Our wheel wells are machined prior to our compression molding process. This delivers additional structural integrity compared to traditional longboards where material and structural integrity is taken away after pressing.
