Spike the shop cat was an amazing addition to our shop. Not only did she have her own line of skateboard hardware and clothing but her adventures in the shop were non stop.
Spike braved Lower Lonsdale like she owned it. Transit, Seabus, local restaurants Spike was welcome everywhere. Spike always enjoyed the occasional quick trip on the local tug boats, lured by the smell of fish, she was sometimes gone fore the whole day.
Spike lived till she was 23 years, she had diabetes but was lovable to the very end. This gallery is a tribute to the first shop cat of CalStreets and truly one of my best friends for life.
