WHITTER CHENG “MEDUSA” SIGNED!
This isn’t just a deck—it’s a fully optimized freestyle weapon, forged from the mind of Witter Cheng, one of the most technical freestyle skaters on the planet. The Medusa model combines every nuance Witter demands in a board: clean geometry, functional symmetry, and sculpted detail to lock in precise footwork, rail tricks, and spins.
TUNED FOR TECHNICAL PRECISION
Witter’s 2025 signature model is built from the ground up with performance geometry:
-
Straight Cut Tail: Blunt enough for stable pogos, with rounded corners that allow for smooth exits into footwork or transitions.
-
Sharpened Nose Profile: Designed to make casper spins and catches easier and more consistent.
-
Subtle Taper on Tail: Specifically refined to optimize pivoted railwhips.
-
2-Ply Deep Wheel Wells: These relieve pressure on your shoes during railwhips and toe spins, ensuring zero drag and more control.
-
Short Kick Angles: Balanced just right—short enough for responsive pogos and caspers, but still comfy for walk-the-dogs and shove variations.
-
Medium-Steep Concave: Dialed in to provide rail stability and enhanced board “feel” underfoot during rapid footwork sequences.
This deck is not shaped for generic street or pool skating—it’s 100% tuned for freestyle performance.
GRAPHIC & AESTHETIC
The Medusa doesn’t shout—it whispers dark power.
The top and bottom veneers vary in tone between black walnut and obsidian grain, and each deck features a subtle, embossed Medusa graphic that comes to life only under certain angles of light. With a matte-gloss ink layering technique, her serpent-crowned face lurks in the shadows—just as dangerous, just as mesmerizing.
The wordmark “Witter Cheng – Decomposed” is tucked into the snakework in gothic lettering, haunting and elegant. No two boards look exactly alike due to natural woodgrain variation.
