With the recent addition of the anticipated Luxe Trucks to the shop, we had Longboarder Labs rider Oliver Lanyon take them out for a spin along with a set of Remember 72mm 78a Farley wheels. Here is a quick 30 second review from Sir Lanyon.
The Luxe trucks are a perfect combination of Calibers and Paris. They have the true turn and stability of Cals and the insane lean of Paris. They have very tight pivots so they eliminate slop. I took them to 60 K and they were fine, in fact these feel better than my PNLs. Great truck for anything.

When we gave the set of Remember Farleys to Oliver to ride, we all had our first impressions. “65mm contact patch, 78a and 72mm Diameter? Sounds like a recipe for the grip.” Well, were we surprised. Here are Oliver’s notes on Remember Farleys:
The Remember Farleys are not a downhill oriented wheel. They slide forever and ever. If you want to break your slide record and do twirlies you want these! They are comparable to an 81a Swinger or a Cult Ism. The Remembers broke in with two puck downs for me.
Oliver, are you sure? Well, we saw it for our selves! Closing in on the corner, initiate toe side… drift past the corner. Now the Farleys are Remember’s downhill wheel. These guys are fast, and predictable. They’ve just got a little more slide in their step than you would expect.
