The Striped boardrail design was the first split-ply boardrails ever produced. All split-plies were cautiously cut by hand and crafted with functionality in mind!

All veneer is U.S. grown and hand-selected from the finest logs for outstanding character and figure. As a result, each rail consists of 3 evenly pressed plies with deeper countersinks to ensure screws are secure and will not loosen up.

"Monorails" (A.K.A "Monofbrails") was established in February of 2018 with the goal to provide stylish and functional Fingerboard Boardrails of exceptional quality for the Fingerboarding community.

The name "Monorails" derives from the rail transport system, Monorail, in which the vehicle is elevated and the track consists of a single rail. Similarly, our Boardrails provide a slick feeling as though the Fingerboard is elevated under your fingers.

As for the word "mono", meaning one, we initially wanted to only create monochromatic colored Boardrails such as Black, White and Grey/Gray. Since then, we have ventured into creating a variety of different colors and unique designs along the way and have fell in love!
