Rodney, also known as the Godfather of modern street skating, is indeed one of the most influential figures in skateboarding. He is accountable for inventing most of modern flip tricks as well as being the first one to do an ollie on flat. Rodney Mullen had a successful freestyle career with no competition to match his skills. Furthermore, when freestyle scene died and street skating took over, he was able to transfer his skills and come up with unbelievably technical tricks.

From his mind blowing video parts, to his contribution in development of better skateboard products, Rodney Mullen is undeniably the King of Skateboarding.  This deck is an extremely close replica of the original Rodney Mullen boards that helped him to redefine freestyle. Built close to the original specifications, these boards are some of the closest reissues to the originals you will ever find from any brand.

This deck features concave similar to the original. With a mold designed to give a great old school feel to Powell’s impressive reissue line up, this Rodney Mullen deck will have you feeling like your back in the 80’s again! The mold is designed for functionality and is a strict single kick and is also made of higher quality materials which do not fluctuate over time, giving skaters a more consistent deck to its true form. The last thing Rodney Mullen, the godfather of street skating, wanted were competitive victories.
