Aera has held nothing back on the K4:
15% lighter hangers. Taller axle height for deeper turns. More offset (rake) for quicker response, and more stability when flipped. Re-designed hanger shape for stiffness and traction.
“What can I say… I ride Aera Trucks because I designed them to be the best. Years ago I had two boards: one for freeride, and one for racing and now I only have one and it does both equally well. That’s because Aera Trucks apply everywhere you want to ride!”
— Kevin “K-Rimes” Reimer
“They are better than any truck ive tried. once i tried em i couldnt take em off.”
— Byron Essert
With more than 20 podium finishes, the K4 has proven itself as the foremost technical race truck as well as one of the best freeride trucks ever designed. The trucks have been tested in competitions in Europe, South America, North America, Australia and have ensured that they are compatible with every climate, every pavement, and every style of riding. The K4 has won both the race, and the slide competition at the same events which has never been achieved on any other truck. Undoubtedly, the K4 is one of the most advanced, best tested, and most proven precision truck on the market.
Over its four year history the K4 has netted the most race, and slopestyle wins and podium results compared to any other truck on the market. The K4 is built to be flipped with a 3mm rake designed into the hanger. By flipping the truck, you will find it to be more stable, and grip more when railing turns, when unflipped you will have more leverage on the bushings, which makes it a viable option for high speed freeriding.
