The Independent Trucks Carlos Ribeiro Pro MiD skateboard trucks are engineered for optimal street skating and flip tricks. With a polished silver hanger featuring gold foil pad printed and laser-etched logos, these trucks boast a lower profile hanger for precise contact points on the nose and tail. The gold chrome-plated baseplate and inverted kingpin, along with silver and gold hardware, contribute to the trucks’ stylish aesthetics.
The newly designed Independent inverted kingpin is a standout feature, allowing use with a 5.5mm Allen key or standard 9/16″ hex wrench. The innovative Shaft Nut in the baseplate enhances rigidity and durability, addressing lateral movement common in inverted kingpin designs. At 52mm tall, the MiD is built on Independent’s legendary geometry with full-size cushions for maximum turning action. The trucks are available in sizes 139, 144, and 149.
Constructed from A356 T6 Aluminum for a lightweight yet durable grind feel, these trucks feature an SCM435 Chromoly Steel Axle for the highest quality and durability. The inverted Grade 8 kingpin is gold plated, ensuring it never breaks or bends. The inclusion of a steel Shaft Nut with a nylon locking insert enhances durability and reduces lateral movement.
