The TSG Evolution Helmet is the first of its kind meeting all required safety standards while providing one of the slimmest hard-shell designs available!
For maximum safety, TSG’s hard-shell construction consists of ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell gets bonded to the EPS core for a two-piece construction that provides high durability and ultimate high-impact protection. As a result, the EPS inner shell is shock absorbing and securely protects all the useful bits of your noggin. The design curves anatomically around the head for a great fit and tailored wearing comfort. In combination, this particular helmet features TSG’s Tuned Fit System. This allows riders to adjust their fit using different thickness comfort pads on the interior of the helmet!
TSG’s Tuned Fit System allows a rider to dial in their fit using different thickness pads on the interior of the helmet. This helmet includes two sizes of pads, and each size comes in a different color which makes it easy to determine the right pads to fit the helmet to the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker pads can be mounted on the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
Each helmet comes with a different thicknesses of comfort pads for the interior of helmet, and allows riders to adjust their fit. TSG’s helmet features the Tuned Fit System allowing riders to adjust their fit using different thickness comfort pads on the interior of the helmet. A helmet can only protect what it covers. As a result, TSG’s low fit design sits low and fully protects the entire back and sides of your head without impairing field of vision or restricting movement!

Discover the world of TSG. Where does TSG come from and what is TSG today? More than 30 years ago TSG was born in a german student town called Münster. The first BMX craze had just come to an end and skateboarders were protecting their extremities using made-up pads and weird helmets that weren’t intended for skateboarding. This was the moment when TSG was born.
