The Alva Leopard is one of Alva’s most distinct and timeless designs!
The Alva Modern Leopard Sapphire Blue on Black Reissue Deck takes a classic Alva-inspired shape and gives it a bold, polished finish with a deep sapphire blue leopard graphic over a dark black base. It has that unmistakable Alva attitude: loud, stylish, functional, and rooted in skate history without feeling stuck in the past.
This deck is carefully shaped with smooth, even lines, a wide standing platform, mellow concave, and a classic single kick tail. At 10″ wide by 33″ long, with a 17″ wheelbase, it delivers the stable feel skaters look for in an old-school-inspired pool, park, bank, or cruiser setup. The shape gives you room underfoot, while the mellow concave keeps it comfortable and predictable.
The sapphire blue Alva logo jumps off the darker leopard background, giving the deck a clean but aggressive look that works just as well on the wall as it does under your feet. It is hand screen printed, built from 7-ply Canadian maple, and made in the U.S.A., giving it the quality feel collectors and riders expect from a proper Alva reissue.
Set it up with pool wheels and wide trucks for a classic carving machine, or add a softer wheel setup and cruise it down the boardwalk. Either way, this deck carries the Alva look, shape, and attitude in a fresh modern leopard treatment.

One of the key figures in the early evolution of skateboarding from a wholesome, contest based “sport” into the freewheeling art form that it is today was Tony Alva.

Born in 1957 in Santa Monica, California, Tony was an original member of the Z-Boys skate/surf team when it was formed in the mid 1970's.Tony is considered by many to be one of the most important skaters of all time. Tony's intense surf style approach to skating ignited a flame that became the blazing fire that is modern skateboarding. Tony was one of the original backyard barge and charge pool skaters, and was the first person to ever be recorded doing a frontside air.
