The Year: 1989. I was filming Santa Cruz Speed Freaks in Houston; Texas and we got the call from hall of famer John Gibson that the session was going down at the Vagabond Pool! So, we (Roskoppp, Fish and Metiver) jammed over to witness one of the sickest Texas sessions ever and enjoy some good southern hospitality. Dave Neilsen showed up and sprinkled some (at the time) new school flair on harsh bowl, and some loc dogs ripped it hard, but it was Gibson’s stylsh power lines that made this sesh one for the history books!! Unseen until today, here is all the raw footy from that legendary day!
