The Slappy X Heroin Wide Boy 11 Inch Skateboard Trucks are a wild collaboration built for riders who demand stability, control, and raw power underfoot. At an unapologetic 11 inches wide, these monsters are made for the extra-wide Heroin Wide Boy decks, matching perfectly to give you that tank-like stance that eats up any terrain. With Slappy’s trusted geometry at their core, you’re getting smooth turns, responsive carving, and a confidence-inspiring grind feel, scaled up to handle the kind of boards most trucks shy away from. The Wide Boy collab doesn’t just stop at performance—it carries Heroin Skateboards’ unmistakable style, injecting grit and personality into a truck that already breaks the mold.
Forged with durability in mind, these are ready for pool coping, crusty ditches, or a raw street session where stability is the difference between sticking the landing or folding out. Whether you’re a collector who thrives on unique drops or a skater who loves to push limits with oversized setups, these trucks deliver a ride that’s as gnarly as their look. Slappy and Heroin have created something that isn’t just a novelty—it’s a tool for heavy duty skating, made to bring big boards to life and prove that wider can always mean wilder.

All throughout the pandemic, when the world stopped, and things were locked down, I started messing with my trucks. I decided to start working on designs, and the sampling process began shortly after.
I went through so many different versions of the hangers and baseplates, experimenting with different bushings, bushing heights, hardnesses, turning radius, kingpins, polishes, and the list goes on for over two years. I finally got the truck to where I really like it.
The main thing I wanted in a truck was to have the best grind clearance I could get without messing up the turn I wanted.
I also wanted the truck to be strong, light, and have a classic look and feel. At the end of all this, it’s just me in my garage trying to create something new with Slappy trucks. - Mike Sinclair
