The ACE AF1 trucks deliver game-changing performance without compromising on the original Ace geometry. Engineered for durability, these trucks boast a 70% increase in the aluminum’s structural integrity, making them the strongest and longest-lasting cast trucks on the market.
Manufactured using high-quality AA 356.2 alloy and Ace’s proprietary casting process, the AF1 trucks also feature T6 heat-treated baseplates and hangers for added strength. The SAE 4140 oversized steel axles eliminate bearing wobble, while patent-pending rethreading axle nuts prevent damage to the axle ends. Designed for precision, the trucks include machine-faced hanger ends for perfect bearing contact. With hand-poured 96a urethane pivot bushings, refined suspension, and a combination of top and bottom bushings at 12mm and 14mm tall (91a and 86a hardness), these trucks provide a smoother and more responsive ride. Each set includes a bonus red axle re-threader die for added convenience. The ACE AF1 is built to handle it all while staying true to its roots.
